Payment Terms

Please read these payment terms carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights and obligations. By using the Payment Service, you agree to follow and be bound by these Payment Terms.

These Payment Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OnTee for transactions performed through the Payment Service in or in connection with the OnTee platform.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Payment Service is described in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and be able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Payment Service. By using the Payment Service, you guarantee you are 18 years of age or older.

We may make requests that we consider necessary to verify your identity or prevent fraud. OnTee reserves the right to close access to the Payment Service if we can not verify any of these data.

Changes to Terms of Use

OnTee reserves the right to change these Payment Terms at any time in accordance with this regulation. If we change these Payment Terms, we will add the revised Terms of Service and update the date "Last updated" at the top of these Payment Terms. We also notify you of the changes by email at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of their entry into force. If you do not agree with the revised Payment Terms you can terminate this agreement with immediate effect by contacting us. If you do not terminate your agreement prior to the date on which the revised terms become effective, your continued access to or use of the Payment Service will constitute acceptance of the revised Payment Terms.

Payment

When you add a payment card, you will be prompted to provide custom information, such as name and address, either to OnTee or its payment provider. You must provide accurate, current and complete information

When you add or use a new payment card, OnTee can verify the payment card by authorizing an amount or by verifying your account through a third-party payment service provider. When you add a payment card while booking, we automatically save payment card in your OnTee account, so it can be used for future transactions.

Please note that a payment involves the use of a third-party payment service provider. Your payment may be subject to additional terms imposed by the payment service provider

You agree that OnTee stores your payment information with the payment service provider and collect your payment card as specified in these payment terms.

You are solely responsible for your payment information. OnTee is not responsible for any loss which you suffered as a result of improper use of the Payment Service or incorrect handling of your payment card.

OnTee will on the golf club behalf charge the total cost when booking a tee time. A tee time is confirmed only when the payment is made

Upon confirmation of a reservation, a confirmation email will be sent by e-mail with information about the reservation. OnTee AB reserves the right to from any mistakes made by the golf club. If OnTee AB is unable to deliver as confirmed, the customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone. about this.

OnTee may refuse a reservation or cancel a booking without being liable for damages or costs. If this occurs, we will notify you by email and refund any amount received without deduction

Cancellation and refund

If a reservation/booking is cancelled either because it is not accepted or if you cancel it (according to current cancellation policy), the total cost will be refunded to you. The time of refund will vary depending on the payment method and payment system (e.g. Visa, MasterCard).

Security

When paying by card, the card number, card validity and CVC code are stated. OnTee uses a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and Mastercard. Payments are processed through Kustom Checkout: all card information is transmitted encrypted (SSL) and processed by the payment providers in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard. Kustom never stores your card information, and OnTee has no access to it.
